In August, this lounge area with its limited seating was generally quite crowded with folks enjoying the Olympics on the large screen TV. In February, I found this comfortable lounge area uncrowded during the early morning hours and a nice place to enjoy my continental breakfast while watching the news. The third floor features a laundry room with vending machines, ice maker, and cold water dispenser an exercise room and a very comfortable lounge area with a couch, 2 cushioned chairs, side tables and coffee table, and large flat-screen TV. I'm also glad that the wonderful coffee/espresso/latte/cappuccino machine, microwave oven, small refrigerators, recyclable dishes and recyclable utensils remain available 24/7 in the downstairs area. (Since this walk includes a few stairs, I was wondering how ADD guests are accommodated.) I miss the convenience of having the continental breakfast in the downstairs kitchen/dining area, but appreciate the additional seating available at the Harvest Cafe. A nice, complimentary continental breakfast is now offered at the Harvest Cafe, which is a short and lovely walk from the SGH. The beds are extremely comfortable and the furnishings are well-chosen for the sizes of the rooms.
